On February 20, 2010 Phi Sigma Epsilon will celebrate the 100th anniversary of its founding. The Phi Upsilon chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa was originally chartered as a Phi Sigma Epsilon chapter in 1963. In 1985 after much discussion, the presidents of both fraternities agreed upon a merger of the two organizations. It was the most successful merger in fraternity history! Following the merger our chapter became known as a Phi Sigma Kappa house. While we are proud to operate under the name of Phi Sigma Kappa our chapter still honors and remembers our past as a Phi Sigma Epsilon house. The Grand Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa has planned a celebration to commemorate the 100th anniversary, and more information on that celebration can be found on their website: www.phisigmakappa.org.
